Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been arrested in Las Vegas following the domestic violence claims made by his baby mama.

As we first reported, Josie Harris called the police at around 5 AM yesterday from her home in Vegas — and when cops arrived she told them the professional boxer had attacked her and threatened to kill her.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Mayweather was arrested and booked for grand larceny related to the domestic incident.  According to the report, Mayweather allegedly took personal items from Harris’ house.

Mayweather reportedly has not been arrested for domestic violence — at least not yet.

UPDATE: Mayweather was booked and held on $3,000 bail.

According to new reports by Yahoo Sports – Reggie Bush may lose is 2005 Heisman trophy amidst reports that he accepted improper benefits while attending USC. According To ESPN:

Two sources close to the trust said the organization is completing its investigation and will agree with the NCAA’s finding that Bush accepted improper benefits while at USC and was ineligible during the 2005 season, according to the report. The NCAA cited USC for “lack of institutional control” and handed the Trojans four years’ probation, a two-year bowl ban and a reduction in football scholarships.

However, ESPN’s Chris Fowler said the Heisman Trust’s decision on Bush remains an open question. What the trust will do about Bush’s 2005 Heisman depends on which of the trustees you talk to, he said.

“They haven’t made a decision. No announcement is imminent,” Fowler said Tuesday on “SportsCenter.”

Bush would become the first player in the 75-year history of the Heisman Trophy to have the award taken away.
